Processing & Shipping Times
Each item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3–4 weeks for processing before your order ships. TAT varies for different products, such as TRVL items that can be up to 4-8 weeks. During peak seasons, processing times may vary slightly and backorders may happen. We will reach out if your item is backordered and will be outside of the stated TAT. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking included. Please check the home page or social media for the most up to date turnaround time window. 

Local Pickup
If you're local, we’re happy to offer free porch pickup. You’ll receive a message when your order is ready!

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the customized and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.

If there is an issue with your order (such as a mistake on our part or damage during shipping), please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right!
