Terms of Service

Welcome to Rinehart Embroidery. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Processing

Ready to ship items can be found under the Ready to Ship tab. All other items are handmade and made-to-order. Due to the nature of this business out of our home, limited inventory is kept on hand. Orders must be made and arrive to me before cusotmization can start. Standard processing time is 3–4 weeks unless otherwise stated. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—please inquire before ordering.

2. Customization & Proofs

Please ensure all personalization details (names, dates, thread colors, etc.) are entered correctly at checkout. Due to the custom nature of our items, changes cannot be made once production has begun.

We do not offer digital proofs unless specifically requested and approved in advance.

3. Returns & Cancellations

Because each item is made specifically for you, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly work with you to correct it.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. All shipments include tracking. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content are the property of Rinehart Embroidery and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that handmade products may have slight variations. We strive for excellence, but minor inconsistencies are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade goods.
